Cameron Mica Boyce (May 28, 1999 – July 6, 2019 | died at age 20) was an American actor and dancer. He was best known for his roles as Luke Ross in the Disney Channel series Jessie, Carlos in the Disney Channel Descendants film series, and Conor in Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything. He also appeared in films such as Mirrors, Eagle Eye, Grown Ups, and Grown Ups 2. Cameron began performing as a dancer at a young age before transitioning into print advertisements, commercials, television, and film. He made his acting debut at just nine years old, appearing in the horror film Mirrors and the thriller Eagle Eye in 2008, while also landing a recurring role on General Hospital: Night Shift. His breakthrough came in 2011 when he was cast as Luke Ross in Jessie, a role that made him one of Disney Channel's most recognizable young stars. He later reached an even wider audience as Carlos, the son of Cruella de Vil, in Descendants, Descendants 2, and Descendants 3. Cameron tragically passed away in 2019 at the age of 20, shortly before the premiere of Descendants 3, which became his final performance as Carlos. His final on-screen project was the television series Paradise City (2021), while his final film was Runt (2021), released posthumously after his death.
