Adam Douglas Driver (born November 19, 1983 | 42) is an American actor and former U.S. Marine. He's best known for his roles as Kylo Ren/Ben Solo in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, Adam Sackler in Girls, and his critically acclaimed performances in BlacKkKlansman, Marriage Story, Silence, Ferrari, and 65. Before becoming an actor, Adam served in the United States Marine Corps for more than two years before being medically discharged following an injury. He then attended the University of Indianapolis before being accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School, graduating in 2009. He began his professional acting career on Broadway and television before landing his breakthrough role in Girls in 2012. His latest film is Paper Tiger (2026), a crime thriller directed by James Gray and co-starring Miles Teller and Scarlett Johansson, scheduled to hit theaters in November 2026.
